FAQ
Can I customize a photography or Video package to fit my needs? What if I don't want any of these options?
Yes, I offer more sessions and packages to fit your needs. These are the starting prices for my most popular sessions. Please click on the link above for more information on booking.
When and How will I receive my photos?
You will receive an email link to an online downloadable gallery with all your photos within a maximum of 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the project. Additional photos can be purchased as well.
Do you own a studio?
No, with the studio portrait sessions, there will be an additional fee to cover rental. All studio rentals will take place at Studio55 unless discussed beforehand. Please note that studio rental prices may vary per studio room.
What is your cancellation process?
Cancellations must occur within less than 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot. I understand that life happens, so please communicate as soon as possible if an emergency occurs. If you are a no-show, no-call, you will not be able to schedule with me again.
Deposits and Form of payments
To secure your session, there is a non-refundable fee of 25% of your total package. Payments are accepted securely through Pixieset. Clients may pay using all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Transactions are processed safely online for a seamless and convenient experience.
Do you send Raw files ?
No, I don't send raw files. However, you can purchase additional photos with your package for $10 per photo.
